The theme of ECO(Systems) of Hope will be the focus of the 6 topics, each introduced by a major opening keynote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founding member of FARI, the New Institute of Artificial Intelligence for the Common Good, Hugues Bersini is also the director of the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at the Universit\u00e9 Libre de Bruxelles. Member of the Royal Academy of Belgium, he is the author of many books, including “Big Brother is driving you<\/em>” et “Artificial intelligence in practice with Python<\/em>“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hugues will present the opening keynote of the Artificial Intelligence topic.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI’s influence is increasing: from autonomous cars to cancer detection, with the potential to positively impact humanity. Isabelle Collet leads the team of the : Gender – Intersectional Relations, Educational Relation. A computer scientist by training, she is also an honorary member of the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 informatique de France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Togolese anthropologist and architect S\u00e9nam\u00e9 Koffi Agbodjinou founded the HubCit\u00e9 project, which gives the inhabitants of Lom\u00e9, Togo, the opportunity to reappropriate their urban space. He is also the creator of WoeLabs: a network of Togolese tech-hubs whose ambition is to make everyone equal in front of digital technologies. \u00a0He invites us to take a different look at smart cities and “set out to reclaim the urban initiative through technology”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
