The event stems from the strategy developed by the Mission franco-québécoise sur la découvrabilité en ligne des contenus culturels francophones, the results of which were unveiled in November 2020. This joint strategy outlines ways to promote French-language cultural content and ensure a diversity of cultural expression in the digital environment.
